Each team is able to play up to 5 Males and 5 Females at a time. No less than 4 Males or 4 Females can be on the field at any given time without penalty. We are tentatively looking to start our season the week of June 15th (Dependent on the High School Season).  Games will be on weekday evenings, and we will have a 7 game season plus playoffs. This yoga class will allow participants to increase strength, flexibility and core development through a series of movements and poses that work the entire body.  Class will include flowing movement from standing to mat work as well as muscle toning holds and balance poses. 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM    Mountain Bike Trail Ready - Trail Ready Group 1 (6/29-7/3)
Based on the success of last years Shred Ready program, we have decided to offer Trail Ready this year as well.Trail Ready is designed as a foundational and socially focused program. Here we will focus on the basic skills that lay our foundation on the mountain bike. Beyond that, our goal here is about getting out in the woods with friends at a pace that works for everyone in the group. This thrill seeking and fun filled camp offers kids a chance to explore the outdoors, hike in the mountains and get out on the ocean! Adventure Camp is a great introduction to hiking, paddling and exploring the outdoors! Adventure Camp will run for 6 weeks, Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Each day will consist of an extreme adventure! Trips include hiking around New England, kayaking/stand up paddle boarding in Casco bay or learning to Surf! Please review the resources below including gear essentials that kids will be required to bring each day to camp.

Join us for a fun filled summer afternoon at the Gorham Rec, starting with a classic cookout at 12:30 PM, featuring hotdogs and hamburgers. Then, at 1:45 PM, get ready for an exciting, interactive animal experience with Sparks’ Ark! They have an amazing variety of animals to see up close! Come hungry, bring your curiosity, and enjoy an afternoon packed with great food and an unforgettable animal encounter. Cost is $8 per person.

Summer Adventure Camp! Summer Adventure Camp is open to entering 6th, 7th and 8th graders in Fall 2026. This thrill seeking and fun filled camp offers kids a chance to explore the outdoors, hike in the mountains and get out on the ocean! Adventure Camp is a great introduction to hiking, paddling and exploring the outdoors! Adventure Camp will run for 6 weeks, Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Each day will consist of an extreme adventure! Trips include hiking around New England, kayaking/stand up paddle boarding in Casco bay or learning to Surf! Please review the resources below including gear essentials that kids will be required to bring each day to camp.

This yoga class will allow participants to increase strength, flexibility and core development through a series of movements and poses that work the entire body.  Class will include flowing movement from standing to mat work as well as muscle toning holds and balance poses.
