T'ai Chi - Tai Chi
The Tai Chi classes will focus on a set of "fun" exercises that involve light stretching, Qi Gong (Chi Kung) breathing exercises, and a basic introductory form. Students will leave at the end of each class feeling more relaxed with a calm peace of mind.
Toby Plourde holds black belts in various styles of karate, kung fu and tai chi. In addition, he has taught martial arts classes in New Hampshire, Florida, Massachusetts and Maine. This Program runs for 6 weeks. Wolfpack Wrestling Club - Grades 3rd-8th
Wolfpack Wrestling Club is open to all students Kindergarten through 8th grade located in Windham, Westbrook, Gorham, Raymond, Scarborough, Gray/New Gloucester and surrounding communities. All experience levels are welcome and new wrestlers are encouraged to try out a session.This is a great opportunity for young athletes to build confidence by participating in a sport that encourages discipline, physical fitness, mental toughness and camaraderie.
