Yoga - Yoga Saturdays 8:30am This yoga class will allow participants to increase strength, flexibility and core development through a series of movements and poses that work the entire body. Class will include flowing movement from standing to mat work as well as muscle toning holds and balance poses. Please bring a mat, towel and water. Come join instructor Theresa Labrecque for a great workout!Yoga: Monday — 5:30pm Activity Room 1 Wednesday - 7:00am - 7:30am Activity Room 1 Saturday—8:30-9:30 am at Little Falls (outside or in the gym depending on weather)
