This weekly Field Hockey Spring session is for Gorham Youth Field Hockey players grades K-5. We will focus on skills, drills, teamwork, and scrimmaging. Players should bring a youth field hockey stick, thick sock(s) for covering the stick to protect the floor, a mouth guard and shin guards, and indoor sneakers (not cleats).
