If your child is entering kindergarten in the fall of 2025 this is your chance to play ball!

Mini Mitts is a parent & child interaction activity offered by Gorham Recreation Department. This is a great opportunity for young pre-school age players to get outside while learning about the basics of baseball/softball

Parents are required to participate

Mini Mitts will be offered starting the week of May 19th and running through until June 4th. There will be 5 practices per session. 

There will be four sessions offered:

  • Mondays/Wednesdays - 12:00pm-12:45pm @ Lower Village School (no session May 26th)
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays - 4:30pm to 5:15pm @ Village School- Upper Field 2
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays -5:30pm to 6:15pm @ Village School- Upper Field 2
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays -6:30pm to 7:15pm @ Village School- Upper Field 2
Max number of participants per session: 15

Participants need a glove
