If your child is entering kindergarten in the fall of 2026, this is your chance to play ball!
Mini Mitts is a parent & child interactive activity offered by Gorham Recreation Department. This is a great opportunity for young pre-school age players to get outside while learning about the basics of baseball/softball.
Parents are required to participate.
Mini Mitts will be offered starting the week of May 18th. There will be 5 practices per session.
There will be four sessions offered:
- Mondays/Wednesdays - 12:00pm-12:45pm @ Lower Village School (no session May 25)
- Tuesdays/Thursdays - 4:30pm-5:15pm @ Village School- Upper Field 2 (starts May 19)
- Tuesdays/Thursdays - 5:30pm-6:15pm @ Village School- Upper Field 2 (starts May 19)
- Tuesdays/Thursdays - 6:30pm-7:15pm @ Village School- Upper Field 2 (starts May 19)
Max number of participants per session: 15
