R.A.D. Women's Self Defense Class
PoliceGorham Parks & Recreation Department in collaboration with the Gorham Police Department are excited to bring R.A.D. Women's Self Defense course to the Gorham Community!


The Cornerstone of R.A.D. this course has its foundations in education and awareness. The course includes lecture, discussion and self-defense techniques suitable for women of all ages and abilities. The goal is to increase situational awareness and to empower women to feel confident and safe.

Program will take place at the Gorham Fire Department - Central Station located at: 270 Main St, Gorham, ME

Program consists of 4 sessions: 
     - Tuesday, October 4th
     - Thursday, October 13th
     - Tuesday, October 18th
     - Thursday, October 20th



*Participants under the age of 18 years of age must have a signed waiver to participate.

* Adjustments and discounts will be applied during checkout if applicable. *
