Walking Club

Our Walking Club takes place Monday through Thursday from 8:00am - 9:00am in Shaw Gym (75 South St, Gorham).

This free program allows residents a safe space to walk indoors during the winter months.

16 1/2 laps around the gym is equal to 1 mile.
